The Wiley X Valor combines a sleek, modern profile with the protective construction required for shooting, hunting and tactical activities. Its semi-rimless design and close-fitting Base Curve 8 geometry provide an enveloping profile, while the Matte OD Green frame offers a muted, non-glossy finish.

The interchangeable three-lens system allows the wearer to select the lens best suited to prevailing lighting conditions. Grey reduces brightness in strong sunlight, Clear provides an untinted view for indoor or reduced-light environments, and Light Rust enhances contrast in medium- to low-light conditions.

All three lenses use Selenite™ polycarbonate construction, provide 100% UVA and UVB protection and incorporate a T-Shell™ scratch-resistant coating. An anti-fog coating is also specified for the eyewear.

Rubberised nose pads and rubber-tipped temples provide additional grip at the frame's contact points. Combined with lightweight Triloid™ Nylon construction, these features support comfortable use during extended activities without guaranteeing an identical fit for every wearer.

Grey – 15% Light Transmission

The Grey lens reduces brightness and general glare in strong sunlight while keeping colours close to their natural appearance. It is intended for bright outdoor conditions rather than reduced-light environments.

Clear – 89% Light Transmission

The Clear lens allows a high proportion of available light through without adding a tint. It is intended for indoor use, dawn, dusk, haze and overcast conditions where an untinted view is preferred.

Light Rust – 52% Light Transmission

The Light Rust lens filters selected blue light to help reduce glare and haze while increasing contrast. It is intended for medium- to low-light conditions where distinguishing details may be more difficult.

All three lenses are interchangeable within the supplied Wiley X Valor frame and feature Selenite™ polycarbonate construction, 100% UVA and UVB protection and T-Shell™ scratch-resistant coating. Scratch resistance does not mean the lenses are scratch-proof.

ANSI Z87.1+: Confirmed impact-protection rating. The stated assessment includes defined high-velocity and high-mass impact requirements for protective eyewear.

MIL-PRF-32432A: Confirmed military ballistic fragment-impact assessment for the complete frame-and-lens system. Applicable test velocities depend on the eyewear category.

EN.166S: Confirmed impact-protection classification involving a specified steel-ball impact under defined test conditions.
