The secret is in the dense fibre structure of Material4X®. Material4X utilizes a strong core fibre wrapped with blended polyester and spandex fibres so it’s pliable, soft to the touch and machine washable. The material is stretched and heat set to create a dense, yet thinner material construction that achieves extreme abrasion resistance and tear resistance without sacrificing dexterity. Natural leather is not always uniform in thickness and can have inconsistent fibres depending on the portion of the hide. The dense fibre structure of Material4X® provides consistent quality, superior durability, higher abrasion and greater tear resistance than standard synthetic leather gloves.
