Sunglasses can be submitted for a warranty evaluation by returning the defective product to the address below:

We will replace the item as stated in our warranty policy upon inspection.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Wiley X purchase, please contact our customer care team at 082 310 5624 within 60 days so we can make it right. Once we receive your product, we will provide you with full credit within 10–15 business days after inspection. We are proud to say that we strive to provide the most premium products and we stand behind them. If you experience an issue with your product that is not considered normal wear and tear, We will warranty your item by repairing or replacing the product at no charge. Wiley X has the sole discretion to determine what is considered a manufacturing defect.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns and or exchanges.
Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide a tracking number as BellGear is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. Once the product is received, inspected and approved, we ask to allow 10–15 business days for processing.
Returned eyewear will be repaired or replaced at our option. Non-warranty repair services are available to our customers as it pertains to lenses or frames that are not covered under the terms of the warranty. We will email customers back with these options and costs should they wish to execute. Items not covered under terms of warranty or not repairable will be returned to the customer or destroyed at the customer’s discretion.
