Warranty Policy

90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

Mechanix Wear knows quality control is serious business. Therefore, Mechanix Wear go to extremes to supervise the manufacturing and material quality of their gloves. We understand Mechanix products are put in extreme situations. Mechanix Wear LLC (“Mechanix Wear”) warrants its gloves against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. Damage resulting from or contributed to by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration or improper care or maintenance is not covered by this warranty.

With valid proof of purchase dated within 90 days of purchase, we will replace any defective product. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER.

All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the product has been altered or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence, accident improper care or maintenance.
